Our warehouses are located in all the major cities, industrial towns and ports of India. We offer all kinds of warehousing services including container stuffing and destuffing.

Security – 24x7 Surveillance

Our warehouses are equipped with an array of alarm and security measures such as intrusion detection and burglar alarms, access control systems, video surveillance security, fire detection and fire alarms. In addition, we provide remote managed services such as video guard tours to fully support your business operations.

We offer advanced access control systems that ensure only authorized personnel can gain access to warehouse facilities or specific secured areas. These solutions can also provide detailed records to give firms full understanding of who went where and when. Moreover, ATO’s warehouses have industry-leading CCTV solutions, including interior and exterior cameras, along with advanced covert and megapixel cameras. With a CCTV solution, warehouses can monitor events throughout their entire environment to safeguard against loss and stock shrinkage. Our security systems can protect a facility against intrusion or other safety hazards, such as a fire.

Pest Control

ATO has adopted an integrated approach to pest control. Pest prevention and control is now an integral part of sanitation for most logistics service providers — and for good reason. Contamination of raw materials and products by pest droppings, webbing and skin casts can lead to a loss of large value of goods. ATO uses UV devices with the latest adhesive technology. We also ensure that all access points such as joints, cracks or holes in walls, ceilings and doors are properly closed off and sealed. We have contracts with the leading pest control companies of India to prevent any rodents, birds, insects or others pests.

Stacking

One common method of storing stock is floor pallet stacking or block stacking. Block stacking is a form of palletised storage that does not require any type of storage equipment, and instead loaded pallets are placed directly on the floor and built up in stacks to a maximum stable storage height. Lanes are created to ensure access to the different stock keeping units (SKUs).

Some other forms of stacking that we employ are:

• Brick Stacking – To ensure even more security, we turn each level of a stack 90 degrees. This helps hold the items in place should the stack be bumped.
• Pinwheel Stacking – For even more protection than the brick pattern, we turn each quadrant—not just each level—of items 90 degrees. Patterns like this help “lock” everything in place.
• Irregular Stacking – When dealing with irregularly shaped items, we try adding sheets of plywood between each layer for added stability

Temperature-Controlled Warehouse

Having a temperature control warehouse can be critical to your business and you can have confidence that you can count on ATO to provide what you need. With food grade freezers and coolers, temperature controlled packing and roller system with racking to dry ice and refrigerant capabilities and partnership to maintain product integrity throughout the supply chain, you can rely on the expertise and skills of the perishable division.

ATO’s temperature controlled warehousing can be combined our other transportation solutions, included dedicated trailers for transporting food grade products as a part of pool distribution. Our multi-temperature facilities meet the most stringent requirements for handling a broad range of temp-controlled frozen and fresh products.
